Should terminally ill children be able to die with dignity?

Should terminally ill children be able to die with dignity?

In the last 12 months there has been two landmark cases where Doctors have recommended that children, with irreversible brain damage, should have their life-support discontinued and be allowed to die with dignity. In both cases the parents have contested the recommendations and in both cases the courts have ruled in favour of the medical recommendations.

Children: Charlie Gard, Alfie Evans

Assisted Death: Belgium, Canada, Netherlands.

It is proposed that assisted death should be legalised for terminally ill children
